Return and Exchange Policy

At Happy Tail Handmades, every scrunchie bandana is stitched with love and attention to detail. Because each piece is handmade, we want to keep returns simple, fair, and totally stress‑free.
Finding the Perfect Fit
We don’t accept returns, but we’re happy to offer exchanges to help you find just the right fit for your pup.
What’s Eligible for Exchange?
Your item must be:
- Unworn (your dog can sniff it… but no full runway struts)
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In its original condition and packaging
If your pup has already drooled on it, rolled in it, or used it to impress the neighbor’s dog… it’s officially yours.
Exchange Window
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to request an exchange. After that, the bandana has claimed you as its forever home.

The Exchange Process
Once we receive your item and give it a little inspection (nothing scary — we promise), we’ll help you pick out another item of equal value. If it doesn’t meet the criteria, we’ll reach out and chat.
Items That Can’t Be Exchanged
Some things are just too special to swap:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
If something arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours with photos so we can make it right ASAP.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping fees are non‑refundable — even if your dog gives us puppy eyes.
